Breakfast buffet had an really good variety.

Had deluxe room with wake-up service available in it.

top central location. Easily accessible both by public transport and by car. Very helpful and friendly staff. Nice and modern rooms (newly renovated)

small parking lots and no direct access from the parking garage to the hotel (or badly signposted?)

It is a chic hotel with spacious rooms with excellent toiletries and Nespresso machines, and efficient room service!

Everything was fine except for taps - environmental technology - it took me 2 minutes to set my temperature and because of the risk of scalding I couldn't understand the shower! Everything else fine.

We had the double room it was bright.

The room was spacious and clean, with premium bedding that provided a great night's sleep. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a wide variety of choices, and I especially loved the homemade jams. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the train station and main attractions.

The bar and restaurant were closed .

My favourite property in St. Gallen. Ideal location close to train station for smooth transfers from & to the airport, impressive and immaculate rooms. Based very close to tram, the city center and restaurant & reception.

Beds were too soft.

Great location. Directly at the main station and city centre. Very friendly staff. The breakfast was very varied.

I was disappointed to find that the staff were not very cute. A few of them seemed indifferent and didn't provide helpful service when I inquired about local activities. On multiple occasions, the amenities in the room such as soap and shampoo were not replenished despite requests were great. Another issue was with breakfast. I expected a better selection and more consistent availability of items, especially the decaf coffee, advertised but not always available.

Location, right next to the station . Newly renovated with great equipment!

i enjoyed the Coffee and Tea in hotel room. The coffee machine come in handy.

great spacious junior suite with two bathrooms ideal for families or groups

I stayed in a Junior Suite with my family, and it was such a delight! Spacious with modern amenities, quiet rooms, and a awesome breakfast spread. You won't regret choosing this place.

The hotel was very close to the railway station, and so was very convenient for travel. I had a room at the front of the hotel, and there was hardly any noise from the station. The room was very clean, and the rooms were well equipped. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The brasserie and the restaurant were also both very good.

The only thing I would comment on is that there was no main lounge area. Small areas were available by the lift on each floor, but on Sunday, there were business meetings going on all day on at least one of the floors,and you could hear the discussions wherever you sat.
